I', 15 and I want to have a line of hairs that goes from my chestal zone downwards cuz people and the magazine said it's nice looking for a guy to have that kind of line. Right? So can it grow more if I do something?

No, you can't make hair grow in places that it doesn't exist already.
Give it time- guys tend to mature more slowly. By the time you're 18 you'll have grown hair in all the appropriate places.
