When I was about 9 years old (1949) I ordered a doll from a magazine. I'd like to know if anyon

This little doll is about six inches tall. It's hard plastic (or something similar). The face and hair are painted on. It 's arms and legs move where they are hooked on to the body. It's face is round, similar to the Campbell soup kids. She has a little polka dot dress, red and white. Her feet are made kinda large for the rest of her. She has painted on black shoes. Her feet seem to be a little heavy. When she is put on a smooth slanted surface, she "walks" down it by toddling back and forth. Her eyes open and close. I don't remember ever seeing another one in all the years since then. Does anyone know about the doll?

It's a ramp walker, but I don't know the specific name. I had them in the 60's. Do a search on ebay for hard plastic ramp walker and you might find her!
