I Need a Change!?

I'm going on Monday to have my hair done. I've cut out pictures from magazines, but, I know that skin tones etc have a lot to do with it. I've colored my hair so many times but just can't seem to find the right look. I have a fair skin which ofter looks very pink, green eyes, and long naturally wavy hair. Ahh, you look pretty :), haha anyways you should cut your hair shorter, layer it, with bangs. Or go brohoe dye it black at the back underhair. :)

brownish-red it will make your skin tone look less pink...(blonde emphasizes that)
